People may be better but that doesn't mean you let them out do you in working hard. You should always try your best to work harder than everybody even though you may think they are better than you.

This prompt is telling how powerful truth is and the weight that it holds. Also that if you are truthful it can get you somewhere. The power that truth holds is able to get you to prevail and strength over anything. You will be able to overcome with truth.

"The past is a ghost, the future is a dream. All we ever have is now." 

Take the time now because it is all we really have. The past is a ghost that may haunt us and the future is a dream we look foward to so it's best to work with what we have now and make the best of it.

 I would consider myself the queen within the crowd. I think I fit the job and have the qualifications.

Vision without action is daydreaming; action without vision is a nightmare.

If you have a vision and there is no action involved then it's basically nothing but day dreaming because you are not going out complete your vision.  But if you have an action without a vision then you have nothing to go after which makes your action a failure and nightmare.
